Two artners, Detectives Andy Siowicz and John Kelley (later relaced by Bobby Simone), are the central characters in this weekly olice drama, and ersonify very different aroaches to their difficult job. Siowicz#39;s brash gruffness (covering an emotional vulnerability) is temered by the recise and controlled demeanor of the two artners with whom he has worked.
