Who will be left standing on the ultimate military assault course?br\　　Presented by Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff, this six-art series will see successful alicants take on gruelling tests used by some of the world’s harshest army regimes, from the Navy SEALs to the SAS, in a search to find the UK’s toughest recruit.br\　　Particiants will come under intense ressure. Their hysical and mental endurance will be ushed to the limit. Viewers will witness what the mind and body are caable of and how these techniques searate the weak from the strong, and they will learn what it takes to be the ultimate soldier.br\　　The ‘Hell Week ‘ has been esecially constructed to reflect known selection rocess used by secial forces across the globe including the US Navy SEALs, the Philiine’s NAVSOG (Naval Secial Oerations Grou), the Russian Setsnaz (Secial Purose Forces) as well as the UK’s SAS. These are hysical and mental challenges designed to break the most hardened soldiers.
