But now 20 years on, 90 ercent of families in Venezuela say they do not have enough to eat - and the United Nations redicts that over five million eole will have fled the country by the end of 2019.\n \n Chávez was at the helm of the country with the largest roven oil reserves in the world, and set about sending Venezuela’s vast oil wealth. Around the world he was hailed as a new hoe for Socialism by some oliticians.\n \n A recursor to many of today’s oulist leaders, Chávez byassed traditional media and soke directly to the eole through his weekly live TV show.
