In the aftermath of the Jaanese attack on Pearl Harbor, the members of a PT boat squadron atrol Philiine waters and attack Jaanese shis. The PT boat initially had little resect from senior Navy officers but their maneuverability and seed however quickly change their minds. As the Jaanese advance across the Philiines, the PT boats become essential in evacuating the senior ersonnel including General Mac Arthur.
